KSS provides Security Training for all personnel who plan to work or seek employment in security field.

Basic training involves classroom lectures, role-play exercises and specific assignment training. It is mandatory for all employees to undertake the Basic Security Training Course before deployment, which teaches them the necessary skills to perform their duties. Refresher training is also mandatory for guards which are conducted on a quarterly basis every year so as to bring the guards up to date with the current security scenario.

Special training programs are also conducted for customer's specific requirements besides the normal ones. The training process is never ending throughout the employee's career so as to stay up to date with the latest techniques of the modern world.

Training Exercises gives the security personnel a complete ability to perform under any conditions and in any given situations. Such levels of quality training is important because security personnel must be proactive rather than reactive. KSS provides security personnel and bouncers for smooth execution and management of events such as concerts, meetings, festivals, gatherings, charity events, weddings, award programs and various other social events. Our security personnel are trained and to spot and identify various risk and eradicate them that may hamper the execution of event.KSS has a set of action plan that involves before and after execution of security service for events. Brief description of such process is mentioned below:

• Pre event planning
This step includes setting up of management team consisting of coordinator who visits the premises of event for security survey and prepares all necessary action plan for the execution of service. Security coordinator also devises Standard Operating Procedures for the event and training programs after his/her assessment.
• Selection
This procedure specifically focuses on selection of appropriate candidate for the job and training them specifically for the event.
• Execution
This is where the service is delivered. Performance of all security personnel are monitored and subject to evaluation. Apart from supervision from the coordinator random checks from office regulatory boards are also done for quality service.
• Post events procedures
After the service has been delivered a status report has to be drafted by the coordinator for any incidents or record of the events. These reports are confidential and shared with the point of contact only. This is also an opportunity for KSS to learn and improve on service where we lacked behind during the delivery of service.

We Provide the Close Protection Security upon the request of the Clients to satisfy their needs and wants. We provide 24 hours Static and Mobile protection including the Comfortable and Secured vehicle for their movement with safe and comfortable hotel for their stay.

KSS organize a special training for the CPO's including First Aid, VIP safety, Security Driving, Close Combat Training etc. Our CPO's has been providing excellent services to major clients in the past and has been proved remarkable in the job. These CPO's comes from long background in Nepal Army who has served as an Aide De Camp (ADC) to Ministers, Ex-Queen, even Ex-King and President of Nepal. KSS also provides electronic and manual surveillance services to clients. KSS's control room is equipped with advance electronic equipments and face/vehicle detection softwares that help us provide remote surveillance service in and around Nepal. We have technical engineers and systems engineer who assist us in delivering quality surveillance service.

With our employees with past experience from CBI Nepal, we also provide manual surveillance services. Our operatives closely work with lawyer and Nepal Police in this regard ensuring without breach of violating any local laws and also without breaching privacy rights.
